Important Information:
School Leavers Conditions valid Mid November to Mid December 2010:
- Bookings will not be accepted where any passenger is under 18 years of age and not travelling with a parent or guardian.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all passengers are under 18 years of age.
Security Deposit:
- All guests are required to provide a credit card imprint on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges. Where a credit card is not available an AUD100.00 cash deposit will be required.
Restaurant Closure:
The Ivory Bar which is adjacent to Breakfree French Quarter has closed down. Property does not have restaurant onsite.
Servicing:
- Unit serviced every 8 days.
Renovation valid for 08FEB10-15MAR10, 21MAY10-21JUN10, 2AUG10-6SEP10, 8NOV10-6DEC10:
- Major refurbishment to all apartments with upgrades of room furniture, painting, jack hammering drilling and tile cutting. Hours of work will be Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm. There will be minimal noise disruption from the painting and removal of furniture however there will he heavy jack hammering noise for the first two weeks of the refurbishment.
Refurbishment Notice valid for 05JUL10-29NOV10:
BreakFree French Quarter, Noosa will be undergoing a full building repaint including remedial works commencing Monday 5 July 2010 with an expected completion date of 29 November 2010.
For the duration of the project, there will be intermittent construction noise as remedial works are carried out, and scaffolding will be erected in sections of the resort. Whilst restricted access will be in place in sections of the property, it is not expected to impact directly on any recreational facilities. Workers will be onsite from 7am until 4pm Monday to Saturday however; excess noise will be restricted to the hours between 9am to 4pm.
Every effort will be made to ensure guest comfort throughout the course of the project.
