The phone automatically calls a night service who will inform the Guest how to access the resort and their keys that will be in the reception safe. With the Guest keys will be a welcome letter asking the guest to come to reception the following morning to register as normal. Also attached to the letter will be a map of the car park explaining how and where to park within the resort.
