On arrival guest is to pick up the phone receiver attached to the reception doors. The phone automatically calls a night service who will inform the Guest how to access the resort and their keys that will be in the reception safe. With the Guest keys will be a welcome letter asking the guest to come to reception the following morning to register as normal. Also attached to the letter will be a map of the car park explaining how and where to park within the resort.

Adjacent Building Works valid 01MAY-31DEC09:
Building works are underway for the new apartment complex on the vacant block adjacent to Breakfree Grand Pacific. Expected completion date is December 2009. Hours of work will be 6:30am to 3:00pm Monday to Saturday. General construction noise on one side of the resort. Guest interruption will be minimal.
School Leavers Conditions valid Mid November to Mid December 2009- 2010:
- Bookings will not be accepted where any passenger is under 18 years of age and not travelling with a parent or guardian.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all passengers are under 18 years of age.
Cancellation Policy:

- A 1 night cancellation fee if cancelled or amended 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.

- No refund if cancelled or amended 7 days prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.
If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of property management. ~~~~
