Dial 349# on keypad next to keysafe near front entrance, Nitel will answer, verify guests name and advise PIN number for keysafe. There will be an envelope in the safe with the guests name, containing the unit keys, welcoming letter and map showing directions to the apartment. The guest is requested to re-lock the safe and come to reception to register the next morning.

Security Deposit:
- All guests are required to provide a credit card imprint on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges. Where a credit card is not available an AUD100.00 cash deposit will be required.
School Leavers Conditions valid Mid November to Mid December 2009- 2010:
- Bookings will not be accepted where any passenger is under 18 years of age and not travelling with a parent or guardian.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all passengers are under 18 years of age.
Cancellation Policy:

- A 1 night cancellation fee if cancelled or amended 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show.
Valid for 26DEC09-11JAN10:
- No refund if cancelled or amended 7 days prior to travel or in the case of a no show.
If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, no refund will apply. ~~~~
