On arrival to the resort a bond is required to cover incidental charges if occurred during your stay. This may take the form of either a credit card pre-authorisation (Visa/Mastercard) or a $200 cash deposit and photo form of identification.

Security Bond:
A pre-authorisation of a Visa or MasterCard is required upon arrival. If guests do not own either of the two credit card types, a cash deposit of AUD $200.00 is required as a key deposit plus two forms of identification (one of which must have a photo).
Guests will receive a receipt for the AU $200.00 from the Resort staff member checking them in. This will need to be provided upon check out to gain the deposit back and documentation will need to be signed upon receiving the cash back.
Maximum guest numbers in each apartment as indicated when booking cannot be exceeded.
