- From Mid-November to Mid-December (exact dates are yet to be confirmed) there are specific conditions for school leavers.
- Bookings will not be accepted where any clients are under 18 years.
- A credit card imprint will be required upon check-in for all bookings.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.
- 2 forms of identification (1 to be photographic proof of age) will be required on check-in and must match the registered guest's name.
- The registered guest must sign a copy of the resort registration card thereby accepting full responsibility for the terms and conditions applicable for their stay and for that of their guests.
- A signed credit card imprint (Visa or Mastercard) to the value of AUD200.00 is required on check-in.
- Where a third party is taking responsibility for the credit card imprint but is not staying in the resort, Reservations will forward a credit card authorisation form for the card holders use. This must be received prior to check-in or room keys will not be issued.
- The resort does not accept personal cheques.
- All room occupancies and noise curfews will be enforced by onsite security. ~~~~
