The Criterion Hotel is Perth's oldest hotel with a licence since 1840. It offers the best of both worlds - the old and the new. The art-deco fa?de and some parts of its interior are being preserved as part of the Heritage Conservation effort to enhance the old style ambience of the area surrounding Hay Street.

For any cancellations of 5 rooms and above, Criterion Hotel requires a notice of at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- 50% cancellation fee if cancelled within 4 weeks of stay for the whole group if guest stay is booked for more than 1 night.
- 1 night cancellation fee if cancelled within 4 weeks of stay for the whole group if guest stay is booked for 1 night only.
