School Leavers Conditions valid mid November late November 2010:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period.
- Bookings are on a request basis only and if accepted, the following conditions will apply:
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- Bookings will not be accepted where clients are not travelling with a parent or guardian.
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD1000.00 per room will be required upon check-in for all bookings.
Bond:
- A credit card imprint or AUD100.00 cash room deposit (per room) will be required on arrival to cover payment of any incidental charges. Photo ID will also be required.
Cancellation Policy:
Valid for 01APR09-31MAR11:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel.
- No refund in the event of a no-show.
