Hamilton Island Apartments And Villas are fully self contained villas scattered throughout the north-western side of the island and fully self contained apartments situated resortside opposite the beach. Villas are nestled in natural bushland and command magnificent water and bushland views.

Airport Arrival
- On arrival at Hamilton Island Airport, members of the Hamilton Island team will greet passengers with complimentary coaches for transfer to guest accommodation.
Luggage Collection
- Upon arrival at Hamilton Island airport, guests will need to identify their luggage before boarding their transfers to the accommodation. Once the luggage has been identified, the porters will transfer it to guests room.

- Aviation Tourism Australia provide small aircraft transfers direct from Mackay and Proserpine.
From Shute Harbour
- Fantasea Cruises Blue Ferries offers a launch transfer from Shute Harbour to Hamilton Island Marina.
From Abel Point Marina
- Cruise Whitsundays offers a launch transfer from Shute Harbour to Hamilton Island Airport.
From Proserpine Airport
- Whitsunday Transit and Whitsunday Shuttle Service offer a coach transfer to Shute Harbour.

Ongoing Periodic Construction:
- Hamilton Island has sporadic construction work that may be taking place near the self-catering Hamilton Island Holiday Homes (generally located on the north-western side of the island - isolated from the majority of the island's hotel style accommodation).
- The Holiday Homes are all privately owned and from time to time accommodation is being developed or refurbished. Where Hamilton Island is aware of construction noise, every effort will be made to manage and minimise the impact on holidaymakers.
Breakfast Option:
- Full Buffet Breakfast is available at additional cost.
Room Charge Facilities:
- Room Charge Facilities will no longer be available for Hamilton Island Holiday Homes guests. Charge back facilities are still available in all resort-style accommodation and qualia.
Mid Stay Services:
- Hamilton Island Holiday Homes no longer receive servicing. Mid stay services can be requested at an additional cost, payable direct. Please contact your booking provider for prices. Mid stay services must be requested at time of booking.
