- Guests arriving late need to go to the Nitel Intercom and press the button. This will go directly to the hotel call centre. The guest need to identify themselves and Nitel will open the front doors and direct them to the digital safe located in the reception area. Using a 3 or 4 digit pin advised to enter into the safe, they will find an envelope with their name. The envelope will contain their registration card, welcome letter and key cards.
