Mantra on the Park is refurbished and centrally located in the Melbourne CBD. This fantastic Apartment hotel is minutes from theatres, fashionable restaurants and the famous shopping precinct offering spectacular views of the beautiful Carlton Gardens or city skyline.

Mantra on the Park is an apartment style property consisting of self contained one and two bedroom apartments. All rooms are spacious and offer private balconies, spectacular city skyline or scenic garden views, air conditioning, full kitchen and laundry facilities, and lounge and dining areas. Foxtel is also available in all apartments.

Hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception desk, concierge and porter service, evening room service, valet laundry service and tour desk. Leisure facilities include an indoor heated pool and sauna. We now offer a new onsite dining venue, The Terrace Restaurant Bar and Grill which offers full buffet breakfast daily, a la carte dinner, all day room service, coffee, light meals and snacks. We also offer the convenience of a full minibar in all apartments.

Public parking is available onsite, reservation is not needed. Cost is AUD 35 dollars per day.

Maintenance Advice:

Mantra on the Park wishes to advise it is currently undergoing a full refurbishment of all bathrooms in the hotel until 6 March 2019. Heavy noise is limited to the demolition phase, which is the first 3 days of work on each floor. These works are strictly between the hours of 9am to 5pm and only occur early to mid week. Noise disruption outside of the demolition phase is minimal. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.


Maintenance Notice:

Mantra on the Park is closing the pool and sauna from 11 February until 13 February 2018 due to maintenance works. From 13 February until 26 February 2019 the pool and sauna will have restricted hours of 5pm to 9pm. Our friendly team can help you with pool access at another of our Mantra properties a short walk away. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Important Information:

Valid for 22NOV18-06MAR19: - The bathrooms at Mantra on the Park will go through a refurbishment from 22 November 2018 and is expected to be completed by 06 March 2019. Heavy noise is limited to the demolition phase, which is the first 3 days of work on each floor with work taking place strictly between 09.00am and 5.00pm and will only occur early to mid-week. Noise disruption of the demolition is minimum. General work will take place daily from 08.00am to 5.00pm. There will be no refurbishment work from 20 December 2018 to 07 January 2019.
