Refurbishment Valid for 22APR09-14SEP09:
Mercure Inn Townsville has commenced a gradual refurbishment of 86 rooms. All rooms will be completely stripped with new furniture and fittings, as well as external rendering and painting on the building.  There will be reduced access to parts of the hotel and disruptions to guests are anticipated to be minimal as areas under refurbishment will be screened off limiting guests view of the works being undertaken. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm. Refurbishment will take place from 22 April 2009 with completion by 14th September 2009.
