Building Works Adjacent to Hotel valid for 24MAY10-24JUN11:
- Apartment development works in the adjacent block to the hotel are currently underway which includes excavation work and construction. The site is fully fenced off and all vehicle access will be away from the hotel boundary. Anticipated disruption to guests is minimal, some visual impact for a limited number of rooms, potential noise impact between 9:30am and 4:30pm. Excavation noise is due to finish on the 1st August 2010 so the noise impact will be significantly reduced from this time. The initial schedule as been extended due to additional levels being added to the development site. These works will only impact a minimum number of rooms in the hotel. The hotel will endeavor to allocate unaffected rooms on the opposite side of the hotel to guests where possible. ~~~~
