Guests can choose from the contemporary a la carte menu or the equally mesmerising buffet, where hidden delights bubble away in stainless steel vessels. The buffet offers an array of fresh local produce each day, but weekends see crabs, bugs, mussels and salmon for a seafood extravaganza. The a la carte offerings evolve twice a year, with recent menus boasting the likes of Lamb and Porcini Mushroom Risotto, Moroccan Lamb Rack on Smoked Eggplant Mash with Salsa Rossa and Raspberry and Frangelico Panacotta with Passionfruit Sauce.
