A visit to Paradise Palms Resort and Country Club is not just about the golf with opportunities to experience delicious food in the Clubhouse's signature restaurant, a refreshing drink at the bar or an invigorating swim. The recreation facilities are extensive and include an innovative adventure playground for children 'Pelicans in Paradise' encompassing a 4000sqm adventure playground and 18 hole mini golf course. Three unique "Queenslander style" cubby houses and a large jumping pillow are the key features of the Adventure playground. Other equipment includes a climbing spider and swings a long with a large spacious lawn area with soccer nets.

The 18 hole mini golf course is suitable for all age groups (additional charge, payable direct).
Adventure Playground
Three unique "Queenslander style" cubby houses and a large jumping pillow are the key features of the Adventure playground. Other equipment includes a climbing spider and swings a long with a large spacious lawn area (with soccer nets) which is ideal to kick a soccer ball or football.
Swimming Pool
In addition to the "resort guest only" swimming pool, guests can also enjoy the 25 metre lap pool adjacent to the playground area. A kiosk, selling snack items, hot , cold and alcoholic beverages is open from 10:00am in this area.

Important Information:
Delay to Property Facilities:
Due to unforeseen circumstances there have been some delays in the completion of some additional facilities planned for the property. Please find below an update on the status of these:
Mini Golf:
This facility is due for completion by 01AUG09. The foundations have been laid with the remaining work being the laying of the turf and the landscaping of the grounds. Some dust is expected during this time. A bob cat will also be used for approximately one week during this period. The affect on guests is expected to be minimal as the area will be completely screened from guests. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Adventure Playground
Whilst work has commenced on this facility, the work at this stage has been minor as this facility will not be operational until early 2010.
Health Club and Gymnasium
These facilities will not be open until 2010. In the interim a fitness room at the resort containing a tread mill, walker, rowing machine and exercise balls has been established and open 7 days a week with complimentary guests use. In addition, a massage room has been established with a full range of massage treatments and facials by qualified therapists available to guests.
Cancellation Policy:

- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72-24 hours prior to travel.
- 100 % cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hrs of arrival or in the event of a no-show. ~~~~
