Poinciana Cottages is a peaceful retreat on the edge of town, with rolling valley and mountain views, as well as leafy tropical gardens with BBQ facilities.
A vehicle is included for guest convenience and pleasure. Private parking with easy access to your cottage is also provided. Poinciana is less than 10 minutes drive from the crystal waters of Emily Bay, or a round of golf, a walk around the historic Kingston area or a game of tennis. The Burnt Pine shopping area is just within walking distance.
Poinciana is owned and operated by a local family, with owners living on site. The property known as Redleaf was one of the original guest houses on Norfolk Island and well known for its hospitality to visitors. There are five separate cottages all rated four and a half stars by AAA rating. They are Lavender Cottager, Daisy Cottage, Rose Cottage, Azalea Cottage and Gardenia Cottage. All cottages are fully self contained with king size bed or king single beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. There is a separate bathroom and laundry with automatic washing machines. Kitchens have full cooking facilities, including convection microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery etc. and leisure facilities include cable TV, video, direct dial telephones, beach towels, picnic blanket, wine cooler, thermos, esky, picnic baskets.
Units are serviced weekly. Full quality linen is provided. Children are welcome and cots are available on request.

- Passports are necessary for travel to Norfolk Island. Children travelling with adults are required to have their own passports, or be listed on their accompanying parents/guardians passports.
- Australian citizens who do NOT hold an Australian passport can apply for a "Document of Identity" prior to departure.
