Coach transfers are available daily from Cairns/Townsville Airport, Cairns/Townsville city hotels, Palm Cove or Port Douglas. Travel times vary, but Cardwell is approximately two hours drive north of Townsville and two and a half hours south of Cairns.

- A fee of 50% of the total stay will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel.
