Credit card required upon check-in:
- An imprint of a Visa or MasterCard is required upon arrival. If guests don't own either of the 2 credit cards, we require AUD200.00 as a key deposit and 2 forms of identification, 1 of which must have a photo.
Guests will receive a receipt for the $200 from the staff member checking them in. This will need to be provided upon check out to get the deposit back and documentation will need to be signed upon receiving the cash back.
Closure of the Chelonia Spa:
Chelonia Spa will be clsoed as of 20 September 08. Re-opening of Spa to be announced.
