Credit card required upon check-in:
- An imprint of a Visa or MasterCard is required upon arrival. If guests do not own either of the two credit card types, an AUD200.00 deposit is required as a key deposit plus two forms of identification (one of which must have a photo).
- Guests will receive a receipt for the AU200.00 from the Resort staff member checking them in. This will need to be provided upon check out to gain the deposit back and documentation will need to be signed upon receiving the cash back.
Closure of the Chelonia Spa:
- Chelonia Spa will be closed as of 20 September 08. Re-opening of Spa to be announced. ~~~~

- The Cinema will be closed from 21JUL10-23JUL10 for maintenance.
The adult's only pool will be closed for the first week of August for resurfacing (pending weather). The other five pools will remain opened. ~~~~
