- Sheraton Mirage Resort and Spa Gold Coast will be undergoing a refurbishment that will include 293 rooms and suites, accommodation corridors, lobby, reception desk, guest lifts, port cochere, hotel entry, pool furnishings, Terraces Restaurant and Breakers Lounge.
- General renovation information valid for all stages:
Hours of Work: 10:00am to 4:00pm or isolated public areas 10:00pm to 6:00am.
Days of the Week: Monday to Friday.
- Stage 1: 31OCT11-21DEC11: Accommodation. 91 rooms (23 rooms refurbished at a time).
- Stage 2: 17OCT11-08NOV11: Lobby and Porte Cochere. Refurbishment works at any given time will be contained to less than 50% of the lobby level and work areas will be cordoned off to minimise visual impact and provide safe access.
- Stage 3: 15OCT11-13NOV11: Breakers Bar. The bar will be closed and cordoned off to minimise visual impact. The Oyster Bar and/or Rolls will be alternative bar venues.
- Stage 4: 14NOV11-04DEC11: Terraces Restaurant. The restaurant will be closed and cordoned off to minimise visual impact. The alternative buffet breakfast and dinner facility will be Rolls. Lunch will be served at Breakers and the Oyster Bar.
- Stage 5: 23JAN12-27APR12: Accommodation. 202 rooms (50 rooms refurbished at a time).
