Incidentals Bond for AOT Holidays:
A $100 credit card imprint or a cash deposite is required upon check-in as an incidentals bond. For clients staying in an apartment on a Friday or Saturday evening, a $300 incidentals guarantee is required.
Swimming facilities closure valid for 07SEP09-25SEP09:
Due to essential maintenance and upgrade of our pool facilities, the pool and spas at Turbines Health Club will be closed from Monday 7th September 2009 until Friday 25th September 2009. The swimming facilities will be unavailable during this period but our gym and saunas will remain open with minimal disruption. During this time, guests and members can swim at The Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre on Harris Street, Ultimo. A free shuttle will be operating to and from the Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre.
Building Works valid to 30JUN11:
Construction of a new hotel by Star City has begun on the vacant block adjoining the apartments and Lyric Theatre. The expected completion date is June 2011. There will be two phases, the excavation phase will be from May 2009 to December 2009 and will include jack hammering, drilling, excavators and rigs. The construction phase will be January 2010 to June 2011 and will also include jack hammering, drills, cranes and general construction equipment. During both phases there is a dust management process in place to minimise the effects of dust in the surrounding area. The building area will also be screened from view at a street level. Disruption to guests will be minimised as much as possible during the redevelopment. All facilities at Star City Hotel and Apartments will remain operational during this period except for the temporary closures around the gaming floor and Pirrama Road, in these instances alternative facilities will be made available. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 7:00am to 1:30pm. Works are not scheduled before 9:00am or during theatre matinees.
Cancellation Policy:

1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 24 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.
