Thala Beach Lodge is situated 16 kilometres south of the Port Douglas. This is one of the world's most beautiful private beach locations. Two kilometres of spectacular sandy beach and secluded coves surround a 145 acre resort of unprecedented beauty.
Great sensitivity has been applied to each of the 84 Deluxe Bungalow, individually built high on timber poles, looking out through the canopy of trees. They offer uninterrupted views that sweep for 140 kilometres from the Daintree rainforest to Cape Grafton South of Cairns. This remarkable vista is studded by coral islands, reefs and mountains.

Driving Info:
Thala is located 45 minutes north of the Cairns International Airport and 15 minutes south of Port Douglas.
Once you leave the airport you come to a set of traffic lights at the junction with the main Cook Highway. Turn right at these lights and remain on this road for approximately 50 minutes.
You will come to a sign on the right indicating Thala Beach Lodge on the right. Drive up to the main lodge and reception area where there is valet parking to take care of your vehicle.
