- 2 night cancellation fee if booking is amended or cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival.
- No refund if amended or cancelled within 6 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no show.

- 2 night cancellation fee if booking is amended or cancelled within 29 days prior to arrival.
- No refund if amended or cancelled within 13 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of a no show.
