Collection of Information
When making a booking on www.needtoescape.com (or on any of our other sites), we need to collect personal information from you in to provide our services to you. This information includes, but not limited to, details such as your name, contact details (email, phone number) and your credit card details.

When submitting an enquiry, we also collect your name and email in order to respond to your request as quickly as possible.

We collect the information in writing, by telephone, through our website and by other electronic communication channels.

We collect your personal information to complete your hotel reservation, make travel arrangements on your behalf, personal identification and verification and to allow us to contact you for customer service (if required).

However, each time we send you something you have the opportunity to request that no further information be sent to you and that your personal information is deleted from our records. Credit card details are only used to pay for accommodation booked through our service.
