A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

- 1 night cancellation fee for each room/apartment booked if cancelled within 72 hours of travel.
- Post check-in, early check-out or a no-show will incur a full cancellation fee equalling to the total - accommodation charge for the intended duration of stay for each room cancelled.

Valid 30DEC07-01JAN08, 04JAN08-06JAN08, 30DEC08-04JAN09:
- 50% cancellation fee if booking cancelled 22-45 days prior to arrival.
- Full cancellation fees if booking cancelled within 21 days or less prior to arrival.
