School Leavers Conditions valid mid November mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- All bookings will be on a request basis only.
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A bond of AUD500.00 per room will be required on check-in for all bookings. This is payable by cash on arrival.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.

Room Capacity:
- 1 Bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Please contact your booking provider for confirmation of price.
- Child as 4th person will be accommodated on a sofa bed at an additional charge. Please contact your booking provider for confirmation of the price.

Servicing:
- Unit serviced every 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of property management.
