Important Information:
School Leavers Conditions valid for mid November - mid December 2008:
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting
responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD250.00 per person will be required on check-in for all bookings. This is payable by credit card, bank cheque or cash on arrival.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.
Servicing:
Unit serviced every 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.
Valid for 01APR08-23SEP08, 09OCT08-22OCT08, 27OCT08-25DEC08, 22JAN09-31MAR09:
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
Valid for 23SEP08-08OCT08, 23OCT08-26OCT08, 09JAN09-21JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
Valid for 26DEC08-08JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of property management.
