Turn left into Birt Avenue and reception is located on your right in Acacia Avenue.
From Brisbane Airport head down the Pacific Highway, take the Southport turnoff and head South on the Gold Coast highway into Surfers Paradise.
Turn right into Ocean Avenue, right onto Ferny Avenue then your first left into Birt Avenue and reception is located on your right in Acacia Avenue.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- All bookings will be on a request basis only.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival (not required as for 01APR08-31MAR09).
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.
Valid for 01APR08-22OCT08, 27OCT08-25DEC08, 19JAN09-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 3 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
Valid for 23OCT08-26OCT08, 26DEC08-18JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
