From Brisbane: Drive South along the M1 motorway and turn left at the Broadbeach Exit. Once in Broadbeach, we are located 1 block north of Oasis Shopping Resort.
From Gold Coast Airport: Drive North along the Gold Coast Highway and turn right on Victoria Avenue. We are 1 block north.
If you are travelling by car, the same directions apply.

Important Information:
School Leavers Conditions valid mid November - December 2008:
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting
responsibility for any damages.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on check-in.
- Photo identification will be required on check-in. Should this not be corresponding to the reservation names, clients will be refused accommodation.
Servicing valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- A mini room service will be conducted mid stay for holidays of 9 nights or more.
Check-in:
- A credit card security deposit is required on check-in for all bookings. If a credit card is not available a Drivers Licence or Passport is required as proof of identification.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.
Valid for 20SEP08-14OCT08, 22OCT08-27OCT08, 19JAN09-26JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.
Valid for 20DEC08-18JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 24 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.
Last Minute Reservations valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- For reservations received within the cancellation policy period, the booking will be held for 48 hours. Should the booking cancel after this 48 hour period, full cancellation fees will apply.
