Directions

DRIVING DIRECTION TO BLUE WATERS APARTMENTS
If you are driving to the Gold Coast you will be on the Pacific Hwy.
Take the Helensvale South Exit 62 to Labrador/Southport. You will be going East.

After about 8-10 km you will come to a set of lights where you have to turn either left or right. Ahead of you is the water (Broadwater). Turn right.

After about 100m you will come to a set of lights. On this corner you will see the Grand Hotel. Turn left into Marine Parade.

Marine Parade follows the Broadwater and after about 4-500m you will see Blue Waters Apartments on your Right at 220 Marine Parade.

Location

Blue Waters Apartments is situated on the Broadwater, opposite Seaworld.
There is access from the back gate to the local shops on the Gold Coast Highway.

Christmas Day Check-In/Check-Out:
No check-in or check-out is permitted on Christmas Day.

Servicing:
Unit serviced every 7 days.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November mid December 2008:
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required to confirm the reservation. Read the booking conditions.

Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
Infant: 0-1 years inclusive - cots available for hire, charges payable direct.
Child: 2-14 years inclusive - adult rates apply.
