Directions

Travelling South along the Gold Coast Highway, the Resort turn-off is just after the Pacific Fair / Casino intersection.
(Turn left into Alexandra Ave) If from the South, look out for Pacific Fair and you will need to turn right at the intersection for Pacific Fair/Casino and double back to Alexandra Ave.

Additional Information

Construction to mid 2008:
- BreakFree Diamond Beach Resort is undergoing an Electricity Upgrade, which will involve limited use of a concrete cutter and minor trenching around the resort. Minimal noise and disruption is expected. Hours of work are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Construction is expected to be complete mid 2008.

Bond:
- A credit card imprint or AUD100.00 cash bond is required on check-in for all bookings.

Servicing:
- Unit serviced every 8 days.

Group Bookings:
- Bookings of 5 rooms or more are considered a group booking and are on a request basis only.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November - mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD100.00 per person will be required upon check-in for all bookings. This is payable by cash, credit card, personal cheque or bank cheque on arrival.
- Bookings will not be accepted if any clients are under 18 years of age.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Please note this is a family resort and not suitable for school leavers. The majority of people staying at the property will be families.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-26SEP08, 13OCT08-26DEC08, 07JAN09-31MAR09:
For stays of 1 - 9 nights:
- 1 night cancellation fee if booking cancelled 3 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
For stays of 10 nights or more:
- 2 night cancellation fee if booking cancelled 3 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 27SEP08-12OCT08, 27DEC08-06JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

Infant: 0-2 years inclusive - cot/bed available for hire, charges payable direct.
