Additional Information

Construction to mid 2008:
- A new building is under construction next door to BreakFree Neptune. There is minimal noise from construction however there may be some obstruction of views from balconies due to the 2 large cranes. Hours of work are 6:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday. Construction is expected to be complete mid 2008.

Bond:
- A credit card imprint or AUD100.00 cash bond is required on check in for all bookings.

Group bookings (5 or more rooms):
- Bookings of 5 rooms or more are considered a group booking and are on a request basis only.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November mid December 2007:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD100.00 per person will be required upon check-in for all bookings. Modes of payment accepted: credit card and cash.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Servicing:
- Unit serviced every 8 days.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR07-05APR07, 09APR07-17OCT07, 22OCT07-16NOV07, 09DEC07-25DEC07, 14JAN08-20MAR08, 24MAR08-31MAR08:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings of 10 nights or more if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of no-show.

Valid for 06APR07-08APR07, 18OCT07-21OCT07, 22DEC07-13JAN08, 21MAR08-23MAR08, 27DEC08-06JAN09:
- No refund if booking cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of thier accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of property management.

- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings of 10 nights or more if cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of no-show.

Infant: 0-2 years inclusive - cot/bed available for hire, charges payable direct.
Child: 3-14 years inclusive - adult rates apply.

Infant: 0-2 years inclusive - cots available for hire, charges payable direct.
Child: 3-12 years inclusive - free of charge when sharing with adults and using existing bedding.
