Additional Information

Construction to mid December 2008:
- Effective immediately, BreakFree Paradise Centre will undergo concrete repairs to most balconies. This will involve jack hammering with noise and vibrations expected throughout the building and workmen will need to access the balconies. Hours of work are 9:00am to 4:00pm daily (weather permitting).
Construction on the Ballah Tower is effective immediately and is expected to be complete by early May 2008.
Construction on the Allunga Tower will commence early May and is expected to be complete by Mid December 2008.

Bond:
- A credit card imprint or AUD100.00 cash bond is required on check in for all bookings.

Group Bookings:
- Bookings of 5 rooms or more are considered a group booking and are on a request basis only.

Servicing:
- Room is serviced on the 8th day of stay.
- Daily servicing is also available at an extra charge, please contact your booking provider.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-22OCT08, 27OCT08-21NOV08, 08DEC08-26DEC08, 07JAN09-31MAR09:
For stays of 1-9 nights:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 3 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

For stays of 10 nights or more:
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 3 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 23OCT08-26OCT08, 27DEC08-06JAN09:
- No refund if booking cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of property management.

Infant: 0-2 years inclusive - cots available for hire, charges payable direct.
Child: 3-12 years inclusive - free of charge when sharing with an adult and using existing bedding.
