Additional Information

Construction:
- There is a construction site located on Surf Parade, at the opposite end of the block to BreakFree Savannah. Construction starts in October 2007 and expected of completion in July 2008. It is not expected that guests will be affected by noise of this construction work as heavy machinery noise has ceased. Due to the ongoing development work of the Broadbeach area, there are 4 construction sites visible from some balconies at BreakFree Savannah. Hours of work are Monday to Saturday from 6.30am until 6:00pm.

Bond:
- A credit card imprint or AUD100.00 cash bond is required on check in for all bookings.

Group Bookings:
- Bookings of 5 rooms or more are considered a group booking and are on a request basis only.

School Leavers conditions valid mid November - mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD100.00 per person will be required upon check-in for all bookings. This is payable by cash or credit card on arrival.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Please note this is a family resort and not suitable for school leavers. The majority of people staying at the property will be families.

Servicing:
- Unit serviced every 8 days.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-26DEC08, 07JAN09-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings of 10 nights or more if cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the case of no-show.
- No refund if cancelled after check-in.

Valid for 27DEC08-06JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.
- No refund if cancelled after check-in.

If after arrival clients are disatissfied with any aspect of their accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of property management.

Infant: 0-2 years inclusive - cots available for hire, charges payable direct.
Child: 3-12 years inclusive - free of charge when sharing with an adult and using existing bedding.
