Gold Coast Airport - 30km south
From Brisbane Airport - follow Airport Drive and turn left onto the Gateway Motorway. Continue for approx. 25kms and the highway will become the Pacific Highway. Follow signs to the Gold Coast and take the Southport / Surfers Paradise exit. Follow signs to Surfers Paradise. Just before Surfers Paradise, at the set of traffic lights where the highway splits, turn left into Ferny Avenue then on the immediate right, you will see the driveway of Equinox Resort.
From Coolangatta Airport - turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway and follow the signs to Surfers Paradise. Travel north through Surfers Paradise and turn right info Ferny Avenue at the set of traffic lights where the highway merges. Go straight ahead at the lights and you will see the driveway of Equinox Resort on your right.

PLEASE NOTE
The Equinox Resort facelift is in its final stages. The nature of the work to be completed is touching up paint work on the external building. Please note the work will commence at 10am and conclude by 4pm daily Monday to Friday. There should be minimal disruption to guests in the closing stages of the building refurbishment. At this stage we do not have a completion date.

Servicing:
Room serviced every 7 days.

Air-conditioning:
- A small number of rooms at the property have air-conditioning.These rooms are available on request only and cannot be confirmed until check-in. Guests will be required to pay an extra charge direct to the property for use of the air-conditioning.

Security Deposit:
- A security deposit of AUD100.00 is required for check-in year round, payable by cash or credit card. This will be refunded upon check-out if unused.

Room Servicing:
Apartments are serviced every 8 paid nights of stay (free nights on stay/pay packages are not included as paid nights).

Valid for Indy 18OCT07-21OCT07:
- This property is located within the Indy track precinct. A ticket option that included an On-track Accommodation Access Pass must be purchased for all guests booked in the apartment.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-26DEC08, 07JAN09-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings of 10 nights or more if cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the case of no-show.
- No refund if cancelled after check-in.

Valid for 27DEC08-06JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.
- No refund if cancelled after check-in.

Early Departures (All seasons):
- 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of property management.
