Please note that this is a family resort and not suitable for school leavers. The majority of guests staying at this property will be families.
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- Bookings are on a request basis only and if accepted, the following conditions will apply.
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings, cash deposits will not be accepted.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years of age.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-18SEP08, 13OCT08-21OCT08, 27OCT08-20NOV08, 15DEC08-23DEC08, 01FEB09-31MAR09:
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.

Valid for 19SEP08-12OCT08, 13JAN09-31JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.

Valid for 22OCT08-26OCT08, 24DEC08-12JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 21 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.
