The Diamond Cove Resort is a tranquil resort set amongst tropical gardens on the Gold Coast's Mermaid Beach.
The Diamond Cove Resort goes out of its way to welcome all visitors. Guests may request villa, townhouse or apartment Gold Coast accommodation. All are family size and fully self-contained with fridge, oven, hotplates, washing machine, dryer and ISD STD telephone and Foxtel.
A patrolled surf beach is a short walk from this Gold Coast accommodation and only moments away are Jupiters Casino and Queensland's largest shopping centre, Pacific Fair. A variety of restaurants are located only a few minutes walk from the Resort.
The Diamond Cove Resort is also just a short drive from Surfers Paradise, the heart of the Gold Coast.
The reception area is spacious and incorporates a small kiosk and a comprehensive tour desk and booking service.
The Diamond Cove Resort is a popular destination for families. A babysitting service can be provided. Highchairs, strollers, cots and rollaway beds are all available from reception. A hire service is also available. Late check-out can be arranged (if available) or luggage storing facilities are offered as an alternative.

- A credit card or AUD100.00 cash bond is required on check-in for all bookings.
School Leavers Conditions valid mid November mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD100.00 per person will be required upon check-in for all bookings. Mode of payment accepted: cash.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.
Servicing:
- Unit serviced mid stay for stays of 9 nights or more.
After Hours Check-In Procedures:
- Please phone reception at 24 hours prior to your arrival so that Diamond Cove Resort can advise the daily security code and provide keys and a map to your unit to be collected.

Cancellation Policy
|
A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.
Valid for 24APR08-19JUN08, 17JUL08-11SEP08, 23OCT08-13NOV08, 17JAN09-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel.
- 3 nights cancellation fee will be charged in the event of a no-show.
- No refund once accommodation has commenced.
Valid for 01APR08-23APR08, 20JUN08-16JUL08, 12SEP08-22OCT08, 14NOV08-18DEC08, 19DEC08-16JAN09:
- No refund for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
- No refund once accommodation has commenced.
Short Notice Bookings:
- For bookings made less than 10 days prior to travel, payment is required within 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the booking will be cancelled. In these circumstances, cancellation fees will not be charged.
