Valid 01MAY08 - 28JUN08:
- The Yamagen Japanese Restaurant is under-going extensive refurbishment and will be closed from the 1st May 2008 and reopening on Saturday 28th June 2008 (please note that this opening date is tentitive and to be confirmed at a closer date). The restaurant, once finished, will be able to hold up to 60 people on the Teppanyaki grills and will host a selection of other fantastic new features.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November mid December 2008:
- For the duration of the Schoolies Period (17Nov07-09Dec07) and (15Nov08-07Dec08) the hotel does not allow any guest under 21 years of age to reside in the hotel without being accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. Any guest found in breach of this condition will be evicted from the hotel.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.

Valid for Indy 23OCT08-26OCT08:
- All Indy accommodation must include a 4 night minimum stay including all nights from 23-26October 2008 (inclusive).
- The hotel is located within the track precinct and a room levy of approximately AUD250.00 to AUD270.00 per room is applicable, payable direct. A General Admission or Grandstand Pass must be purchased, as this levy does not include tickets to the event.
Please note this room is a Non Track View Room.

There are no balconies on the 22nd Floor.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-22OCT08, 27OCT08-25DEC08, 12JAN09-31MAR09:
- A 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of arrival or in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 23OCT08-26OCT08:
- No cancellation fee is charged if the booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to travel.
- A 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled within 22-28 days prior to arrival.
- No refund if cancelled 21 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 26DEC08-11JAN09:
- A 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival or in the event of a no-show.
