- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

- Unit serviced every 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-05JUN08, 12JUL08-22SEP08, 15OCT08-22DEC08, 29JAN09-31MAR09:
- 3 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 06JUN08-11JUL08, 23SEP08-14OCT08, 17JAN09-28JAN09:
- 4 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel.
- No refund in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 23DEC08-16JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
