Located on the Gold Coast highway at Broadbeach directly opposite Conrad Jupiters.

From Coolangatta Airport follow the signs north to Broadbeach along the Gold Coast highway travel past Pacific Fair and directly opposite Conrad Jupiters you will find Broadbeach on the Park u-turn at next Traffic lights at the Gold Coast Convention Centre intersection.

From Brisbane Airport drive take left turn onto Gateway motorway, which merges into the M1 continue south following signs to the Gold Coast and take the Broadbeach turn off and following Nerang Broadbeach Road until you get to the Intersection at Pacific Fair and Conrad Jupiters.

- A credit card imprint or AUD100.00 cash bond is required upon check-in for all bookings.

Group Bookings:
- Bookings of 5 rooms or more are considered a group booking and are on a request basis only.

Servicing:
- Unit serviced every 7 days.
- Daily servicing also available at an extra charge, please contact your booking provider.

Nearby Construction:
- Construction on a new development called "The Oracle" will start in late November 2007 with an expected completion in 12 months. The construction can be viewed from a limited number of east facing apartments only.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November - mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD100.00 per person will be required upon check-in for all bookings. This is payable by cash, credit card, personal cheque or bank cheque on arrival.
- Bookings will not be accepted if any clients are under 18 years of age.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.
- Please note this is a family resort and not suitable for school leavers. The majority of people staying at the property will be families.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-21NOV08, 08DEC08-26DEC08, 07JAN09-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings of 10 nights or more if cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of no show.
- No refund if cancelled after check in.

Valid for 27DEC08-06JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of no show.
