School Leavers Conditions Valid mid November - mid December 2008:
- For minors -under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond will be required upon check-in for all bookings. Bond AUD100.00 per person per night.
- Mode of payments accepted: Credit Card, Cash.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years of age.

Servicing:
Mini daily service (linen changed mid stay for stays of 8 nights or more).

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-21NOV08, 08DEC08-26DEC08, 07JAN09-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings of 10 nights or more cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of no-show.
- No refund if cancelled after check in.

Valid for 27DEC08-06JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of no-show.

Early Departures valid for 01APR08-31MAR10:
- 100% cancellation fee (to a maximum fee of 7 nights).

Valid for 01APR09-09APR09, 20APR09-30JUN09, 01SEP09-21OCT09, 26OCT09-24DEC09, 27JAN10-31MAR10:
- 1 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 72 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
