- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Servicing:
- Unit serviced mid stay for stays of 8 nights or more.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

- No refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.

- No refund if cancelled 29 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show.
