School Leavers Conditions valid mid November - mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond will be required upon check-in for all bookings. Bond AUD500 per person. Mode of payments accepted: Credit Card, Bank Cheque, Cash.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-22OCT08, 27OCT08-21NOV08, 15DEC08-19DEC08, 18JAN09-31MAR09:
- 1 night cancellation fee per room booked will be charged for bookings cancelled between 3 and 1 days prior to travel.
- 2 night cancellation fee per room booked will be charged for bookings cancelled on day of arrival or in the case of a no-show.

Valid for 23OCT08-26OCT08, 20DEC08-17JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no-show (up to a maximum of 7 nights cancellation fee per room).

If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of property management.
