- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

- 2 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 20DEC08-16JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 7days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
