Check In Information:
- Reception is closed Christmas Day except for arrival check-ins and depature check-outs.
- A credit card imprint is required on check in for security on rooms and keys. If no credit card is available a AUD200.00 cash deposit will be accepted and returned on departure after room is inspected.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- A bond of AUD800.00 per room will be required upon check-in for all bookings. This is payable by credit card, bank cheque or cash on arrival.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Servicing:
Unit serviced weekly.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-31MAY08, 12JUN08-19SEP08, 13OCT08-23DEC08, 12JAN09-31MAR09:
- No refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 01JUN08-11JUN08, 20SEP08-12OCT08, 24DEC08-11JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 29 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
