- A credit card imprint or cash bond of AUD200.00 is required on check-in for all bookings. Guests must also complete and sign a registration form.

Valid for 19DEC08-15JAN09:
- Friday to Friday bookings only.
- No check-in after 5:00pm Christmas Eve or New Years Eve.
- No check-in or check-out on Christmas Day, Boxing Day.
- No check-in on New Years Day.

Public Holidays:
- No check-in or check-out on Public Holidays including Good Friday and Easter Saturday.

Unaccompanied Minors:
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages. A credit card imprint is taken at check-in for all bookings.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November – mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.

Servicing:
- Unit serviced every 7 days.
