Credit Card Required on Check-in:
- A credit card imprint (Visa or Mastercard only) is required upon check-in for all bookings.
- When a credit card is not produced, 2 forms of identification must be supplied, 1 of which needs to be photo ID (these will be photocopied and held on file), in addition charge back facilities will not be made available for incidental purchases within the resort and these must be paid for at the time of purchase and/or usage.

Air-Conditioning:
- Air-conditioning in the units is on a two hour timer. There is no extra cost for this, it just needs to be reactivated every two hours.

Room Guarantee Policy:
- As of 08 May 07 guaranteed room location at Turtle Beach Resort can only be obtained upon request and at an additional charge of AUD40.00 per night, per apartment, which must be paid direct to the resort at least 7 days prior to arrival. This includes requesting an apartment on a specific floor or in close proximity to a pool or requesting that a number of apartments be located close together. All requests are subject to availability. Specific allocation requests can be submitted without payment of the AUD40.00 fee, however they will not be guaranteed, and will only be granted upon availability. For details on how to process your request please contact your booking provider.

Servicing:
- Unit not serviced during stay (linen change mid stay for stays of 10 nights or more).

New Lock System Installation valid for 29AUG08-11SEP08:
The new electronic locks will be installed to all rooms during 29AUG08-11SEP08, regardless whether the rooms are occupied or not. Minimal noise and disruption will be experienced. If the lock is changed during guest's stay, they will have to pick up their new keys at the Reception.

Due to the size of the property and the number of locks that need to be installed, there may be some confusion until the process completed. The hotel will try to minimise all inconveniences to in-house guests.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-25APR08, 20JUN08-27JUN08, 21JUL08-27JUL08:
- No refund if cancelled 15 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show.

Valid for 26APR08-19JUN08, 28JUL08-19SEP08, 06OCT08-23DEC08, 27JAN09-31MAR09:
- No refund if cancelled 8 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show.

Valid for 28JUN08-20JUL08, 20SEP08-05OCT08, 24DEC08-26JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 30 days or less prior to travel or in the case of a no show.
