School Leavers Conditions valid mid November - mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting
responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD500.00 per room will be required upon check-in for all bookings. This is payable by cash on arrival.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- No cancellation fee if booking cancelled 8 days or more prior to travel.
- No refund if cancelled 7 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
