- A security deposit of AUD100.00 is required upon check-in year round, payable by cash or credit card. This will be refunded upon check-out if unused.

School Leavers Conditions valid for Mid November to Mid December 2008:
- All bookings will be on a request basis only.
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD250.00 per apartment will be required upon check-in for all bookings. Mode of payments accepted: Credit card.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- All guest must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Servicing:
- Unit serviced every 7 days.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-19SEP08, 06OCT08-24DEC08, 16JAN09-31MAR09:
- No refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 20SEP08-05OCT08, 25DEC08-15JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 29 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

Infant: 0-2 years inclusive - cot/bed available for hire, charges payable direct.
