Servicing valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- Stays of less than 8 nights will not be cleaned/serviced during the stay.
- Stays of 8 nights will receive a service on the 4th night.
- Stays of 10 nights will receive a service on the 5th night.
- Stays of 14 nights will receive a service on the 7th night.

School Leavers Conditions valid for mid November to mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- Bookings will not be accepted for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period.
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- A bond of AUD500.00 per room will be required upon check-in for all bookings. This is payable by: credit card, bank cheque or cash.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-22OCT08, 27OCT08-20DEC08, 12JAN09-31MAR09:
- 3 night cancellation fee will be charged for bookings cancelled 3 days or less prior to travel.
- No refund in the event of a no-show or if stay is terminated early.
- Note: If the majority of the booking falls within another season, the highest cancellation policy will apply.
- Note: If any portion of the booking falls within Indy 23OCT08-26OCT08, the cancellation policy for that season will apply.

Valid for Indy 23OCT08-26OCT08:
- No refund if cancelled 28 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show or if stay is terminated early.
- Note: If any portion of the booking falls within this season, this cancellation policy will apply.

Valid for 21DEC08-11JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show or if stay is terminated early.

- A fee of 10% cancellation of the total package cost will be charged for bookings cancelled between 7-14 days prior to arrival.
- No refund for bookings cancelled within 7days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
