Bond:
- A security deposit of AUD200.00 is required for check-in year round, payable by cash or credit card. This will be refunded upon check-out if unused.

School Leavers Conditions valid mid November - mid December 2008:
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- For minors under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.

Servicing valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- Unit serviced every 8 days.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-19SEP08, 06OCT08-19DEC08, 27JAN09-31MAR09:
- No refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

Valid for 20SEP08-05OCT08, 20DEC08-26JAN09:
- No refund if cancelled 29 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.

If after arrival clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of property management.
