School Leavers Conditions valid mid November - mid December 2008:
The following conditions apply for all bookings travelling over the school leavers period:
- For minors - under 18 years of age travelling without parents, a letter will be required from their parents accepting responsibility for any damages.
- A credit card imprint will be required on check-in for all bookings.
- Bookings will not be accepted where all clients are under 18 years.
- All guests must sign a copy of the house rules on arrival.
- Photo identification will be required on check-in. Should this not be corresponding to the reservation names, clients will be refused accommodation.

Servicing valid for 01APR08-31MAR09:
- Unit serviced mid stay for stays of 9 nights or more.

Check-in:
- A credit card security deposit is required on check-in for all bookings. If a credit card is not available a cash deposit of AUD500.00 is required.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 14% of the total cost of your booking applies if cancelled plus the following charges below if applicable.

Valid for 01APR08-19SEP08, 15OCT08-21OCT08, 28OCT08-19DEC08, 27JAN09-31MAR09:
- No refund for bookings cancelled 8 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
- Bookings received within the cancellation period will be held for 48 hours. No refund if bookings cancelled after this 48 hours period.

Valid for 20SEP08-14OCT08, 22OCT08-27OCT08, 19JAN09-26JAN09:
- No refund for bookings cancelled 15 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
- Bookings received within the cancellation period will be held for 48 hours. No refund if bookings cancelled after this 48 hours period.

Valid for 20DEC08-18JAN09:
- No refund for bookings cancelled 25 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no-show.
- Bookings received within the cancellation period will be held for 48 hours. No refund if bookings cancelled after this 48 hours period.
